We are now open again for business as usual.

We want to reassure everyone that the safety & wellbeing of all of our customers & staff is our top priority.

The Changes We Have Implemented

We have put in place new procedures to create a safe working environment whether it be in the home or the workplace.

These include the wearing of new disposable gloves &, where necessary, masks, for each & every appointment to avoid cross contamination.

All engineers have also been issued with alcohol based hand gel & antibacterial surface wipes for use throughout the day & all staff have received guidance & training from our independent health & safety advisors.

Protecting Our Customers

For customers who are shielding or who fall within a vulnerable category, additional precautions can be put in place to suit specific requirements.

These can be discussed & agreed prior to our visit.

These new procedures, alongside the governments social distancing measures, ensure that we can continue to deliver all of our usual services in a safe manner.
